Continue Natalia's time-winding adventure and help her build more advanced spintronic circuits for the town of Little Hope. This Act Two kit begins where Act One leaves off. New parts including transistors and inductors open a vast frontier of new possibilities. The puzzles also grow more challenging, with 82 more puzzles ranging from intermediate to advanced.

Spintronics is a new game (ages 8 to adult) from the makers of Turing Tumble where players build mechanical circuits to solve puzzles. Players feel the pull of voltage and see the flow of current as they discover electronics in a tangible and deeply intuitive way, using the first physical equivalent of electronics ever built. Fascinating

I bought this as part of our ideas for home education with my 14yr old son with Sen .
The result has been beyond my wildest dreams, Engagement level is 100%, we read the story together, then my son sets up and solves the challenges, he will try again and again until he is successful . Watching him place the various components so they make up the circuit and then place the chains to enable it all to move and work is simply fascinating to me .
This speaks to the love of clocks and engineering that he holds dear and I would recommend it to anyone with similar interests .

Great toy for inquisitive minds

I bought this for my son's 12th birthday. He's very mechanically inclined and immediately fell in love with this set. He loves the components and how they work. He's been working through the instructions step by step and excitedly tells me whenever he gets to use a new component. This is a great way for kids (or adults) to learn about electricity, physics, and how systems interact and work together. Can't wait to get my son the other sets, as he progresses.
