I bought the curious bundle for my 7 year old son. We have only given him Spintronics so far. He loved it. It has a real wow factor and is really clever how they have worked in all the electronic analogies.
Unfortunately the capacitor broke very quickly but you can at least buy replacement individual components, though the postage is fairly pricey.

Excellent off screen challenge

I brought these for my 11-year-old boy. He likes to do the challenges and most of the time creates his own Turing Tumble (marble run). I even enjoy having a go to keep my own brain active. We are yet to really give Spintronics a proper go but the time we have spent on it is enoyable and fun.

My 14year old son has built this easily but not inthralled by story element as i'd expected and can't really 'see' the point of it

4stars as it was a present,and I haven't visited my distant
family since,but purches itself,delivery times as advertised

A big hit!

My grandsons (7 and 9) were (and are) thrilled with the gifts. Highly recommend for kids who already have too many toys!
